About THE EMPTY DINNER

Alisha Phichitsingh is an artist/ founder of THE EMPTY DINNER. Alisha focuses on collectible art and design. The work created by THE EMPTY DINNER is heavily focused on creating art pieces that are still functional within a home but evoke an emotional connection within the object and user.

The studio brings together unconventional materials and new contemporary shapes to create functional art that lives in traditional spaces. Our belief is that an object can’t serve it’s purpose without interaction with space or user and we do this through curation and giving purpose to our objects. Every piece tells a story.

The studio has worked heavily with developing new ways to cast epoxy resin with different kind of mold developments. And also focuses on 3D printing as process and final pieces.
